help to cancel my tariff and choose a new one

I need to change my tariff. I have grow online but I do not use all the GB. I am a client since 4 years and I want a cheaper option. I cannot do that in the app.

In the app you should see options to extend your contract with different plans so you can choose one that suits your requirements.

You aren't registered as a customer here in the community.

There is no way to do that. Your community account has to be linked to your contract for the moderation to help you.

If your account is linked, then you can indicate which plan you would like (see website) and the moderators can send you an offer by email.
