Help Needed – Wrong Charges on My Contract and Request to Correct

I hope you can help me with an issue I am currently facing regarding my mobile contract. I am an international student in Germany and recently signed up for an O2 mobile plan at one of your stores. When I visited the store, I clearly requested a plan of 19–20 € per month.However, after receiving my invoices for June and July, I noticed that I have been charged around 42–45 € per month, which is much higher than what I requested and agreed upon.I may have accidentally signed the wrong contract because everything was in German, and I cannot fully understand German. I did my best to communicate in English with the seller, but it seems there was a misunderstanding.I have contacted O2 customer care, and they confirmed that my plan should be 19 € per month, but my invoices still show the higher charges.Therefore, I am kindly requesting a refund for the overcharged amounts for June and July, and I also request that my contract be corrected immediately to reflect the plan I originally agreed upon.As an international student, this situation has caused me significant confusion and stress. I trust that O2 will handle this matter fairly and promptly. I am also willing to visit the store in person if needed, but I would greatly appreciate it if this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

You cannot request a refund via the forum but perhaps somebody van explain the reason for the charges if you upload a screenshot of page 2 of the invoice (without personal details!). The contract you signed cannot be amended easily, however, so if the invoice is correct as per the contract you would need to speak to the shop about that.

I hope you can help me in this here is my invoices from past 2 months i checked them today and i was totally in shock i did make international calls i get to know i was being charged fo that i was not aware of that fact.

Yes, the calls (Verbindungen) caused the invoices to be very high but otherwise everything looks correct. The tariff costs 42.99 but you are getting a discount of 23 Euros so you are only paying 19.99.

Thank you for your explanation. Could you please confirm if the €23 discount is applied every month for the entire contract or only temporarily? Is everything okay with my contract beside the calls.

There is no expiry date on the discounts, so if you have no chargeable calls the invoice total should be 19.99 going forward.

The agreed monthly base fee of €19.99 is correct and no additional charges will be made; the discount is correct. Are you now able to understand what the additional costs were charged for? So you made calls abroad, correct?

Which rate plan are you using? You surely received the price list with your documents, right?
