Guten Tag Herr Bian,

Ihre aktuelle Rechnung liegt ab sofort in Ihrem persönlichen Servicebereich Mein o2 für Sie bereit.

Zum Abrufen der Rechnung loggen Sie sich einfach mit Ihrer Rufnummer/Ihrem Benutzernamen und Ihrem Kennwort ein.

Der offene Rechnungsbetrag wird am 04.08.2020 von dem Konto IBAN DEXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX91 81 (BIC BKCHDEFFXXX) eingezogen.

 

and i paid the fee on 07,31. to O2  account 35.85Euro,

 

then on 08.04 the same amount is take from my bank account.

 

now i request for the money back.

 

 

 

Why did you transfer the money when the invoice says it will be paid by direct debit? You will now have credit in your customer account. As it takes o2 2-3 weeks to process a transfer back to your account, it would probably be easiest to just leave the amount there and use it to pay the next invoice.


actually they can do that? because I find out its different bank account

 

i pay to xxxxxxxxxxx131 53

and they direct debit to xxxxxxxxxxxxx636 01,

 

both accounts belong to O2, it's okay if next month will not  debit any amount from my account.


can someone enlight me out?
