Hi, I bought a 9.99 Euro Sim card which gives me. 3.5 gb per mont and allnet flat for calls inside germany. I don't know what they mean by allnet flat. How much one minute costs????

welcome to our o2 community. 
An allnet flat means you may call all German landline numbers and German mobile networks for free. There are no charges per minute. Just be careful if you choose special rate numbers starting with 0137, 032.., 0190, 0900, etc. These service numbers have a seperate rating.
