I have a question about the contract. Last year around September I bought the Iphone XS Max at a rate of € 49 per month.  But last month (April) my account was cut 98 €.  I have contacted your team on Instagram and submitted proof of payment from my bank account, but they said that I had to write a message here.

I just checked the deducted amount of 98 € for you. The reason is quite easy: We charged you with the prepayment of 49 € together with the rate of 49 €. Therefore, the amount was higher than normal.

I understand that you expected the charge of the prepayment at the beginning of your o2 my Handy-contract. Unfortunately, we had a technical issue and therefore the prepayment was not deducted at the beginning.

I hope that the higher amount did not cause any inconveniences for you.
