fHello, i would kike to know reason why you cancelled my order? I m almost two year your customer and i have big pack at your company and also have phone, wach, mac book and all those things i paid at the time every month??? If i cant by more things i will not extend my contract in two months no problem… i have other option…

There is an address in the email with the rejection you can contact to request further information. Or you just buy the phone you want somewhere else.

We also receive no information regarding the reasons for a rejection.

As already mentioned by bs0, you can inquire about the reasons at the address that was sent to you by email.
