Hello O2 team:

I have a “M” tariff since 2021 and I would like to change to a Mobile S Boost 8 GB+

My 24 months contract ended while ago and the plans that are now available are better and cheaper.

I tried to purchase the tariff on the site but I should pay 39.99€. I’m not a new costumer and I don’t need a new sim card.

I’m ok to extend my contract 24 months. But I’m not ok to pay the Anschlusspreis because I’m not a new costumer.

There’s any way to change to that tariff without to pay the 39.99€.

Thank you very much for your time.

Juan

Contract extension

Thank you very much for your fast reply Burner.

I followed the link and I’m gong nowhere. If I click “Renew online now” I Expect to go to a page to renew the service...but instead I go to the main confuse page of O2.

From there I only have access toa chat with people but nothing official from O2.

Why that site is so damn confusing?.

Juan

Hello @juanGracia,

could you follow Bumer advice and log out and get to the renewal offers in your account?

Best Regards,

Gerrit

Thank you very much!. Now it works :)

That is great news, @juanGracia, have you already chosen an offer for the renewal and extensionof your contract?

Regards,

Gerrit

Hi o2_Gerrit.

It was my intention to do it. But I checked the offers and I was disappointed to realized that the offers for new costumers are way better than the offers for costumers that have been paying for years, like me.

1&1 have an offer very interesting. I will provably go with them.

Regards,

Juan

Hello @juanGracia,

good that you could access our offers for you. I understand that you are disappointed, the offers for a new with providers often come with special offers and discounts.

Also the discounts for extensions sometimes depends on the running time of your contract which is still left.

Best Regards,

Gerrit
