Fraud for eSim

Hi,

Somebody made a fool of me 2 weeks ago… Called me in a bad moment, pretending to be DHL and saying that I have a package (and I was expecting a package from DHL)… and to leave it in Kiosk, he said he has to send me an SMS and I have to give him a code from it.. I don't speak German, so I didn't know what the SMS was about.. I was working and in a hurry, so I foolishly believed them and gave them 2 codes..

After that they changed my SIM to eSIM… and since then I can not use my SIM card. I have no time to go to the o2 Shop to see my options.

Now I'm being charged 180 euros…

What are my options? I can't delete eSim profile on o2online.de.. On most of things I get this message:

"

Hello @AlenReggie, I'm very sorry that this happened to you.

Unfortunately, this is a very common scam to get your data. Have you already had your SIM card blocked? That's the first thing you have to do now.

I read that you don’t have time to go the Shop. But unfortunately we cannot give you any information about your contract here. Please try to call the hotline or go to a shop near you.

For English-speaking support, please contact us at 089 66 66 30 08 1 . Charges according to your rates for calls to German landline
Open on workdays: Mo. - Fr., 8 am - 8 pm; Sa. 10 am - 6 pm

Kind regards, Ines.
