Forgot PIN and PUK. Mein o2 LOCKED

Hello, I recently forgot my PIN & PUK to unlock my phone. 

Sadly Mein O2 IS LOCKED after I attempted to log in and used an incorrect password. I renewed my password and the app is now locked. 

I can’t even call O2 Support because...I have no way to call them
How can I unlock my SIM again WITHOUT needing the app? 
I can’t find anything about it except to call them when I can’t call anyone.

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

We can’t tell you your PUK or PIN here, if you don’t have access to your mein o2 at the moment and also don’t have the original sim card tray with the infos any more, then you’ll have to contact the hotline. I’m sure you’ll have someone that can lend you their phone for a bit.

    The PUK is on the plastic SIM card holder if you still have it. Otherwise you will need to ask a friend if you can borrow their phone to call customer services.
