Final Invoice


Subject: Final invoice payment assistance

Hello,

I recently received my final invoice (Abschlussrechnung) for €26.57.

My issue is that the bank account previously linked to my O2 contract has been deactivated, and I have already left Germany, so the direct debit payment could not be processed.

I would like to settle this outstanding amount, but since I no longer have access to my German bank account, I kindly request guidance on how I can pay this invoice manually from abroad.

 

Please let me know:

  1. The correct bank details for manual payment

  2. The payment reference (Verwendungszweck) I should include
