Falsely created contract

I cancelled my contract September 2021, and apparently I am being charged 11,99 monthly for a new number I know nothing about. Telephone number I do not even have. I have been calling customer service for months now and I never get through to speak to anyone because they keep asking me to introduce the Telephone number I want to make enquiry about and I do not have or know the number. 

 

Please please and please I want the contract cancelled ASAP.
