I already using O2 SIM internet,

I have DSL O2 internet,

I visited for false billing, the O2 Agent again registered me for another SIM.

How to cancel O2, i called my time, very bad Service.

I'm sorry if you had an unpleasant experience; that shouldn't happen.

Could you please describe the issue in more detail? Did you sign a new contract with an O2 shop?

Was your billing issue resolved at least?
