Dear Madam/Sir

I am using O2 Prepaid M (18 GB) since 4 months ago, last month I have just used 8 GB of it, and it was supposed to be expanded. I got the message that it’s gonna be expanded but right after I got another message saying that O2 is gonna take money again from my account for a new packet! (Referenz: 1274645404)

I immediately canceled the contract, but I don’t have any internet now, bur O2 is still gonna take money from my account.

At the moment also I am being charged for using internet without packet.

I would be thankful if you could help me with this.

Currently, I see that the booked package is the o2 Prepaid Data Pack M. Before that, the DayFlat was briefly activated, and prior to that, your mentioned o2 Prepaid M package.

Have I understood correctly that you would like to have the o2 Prepaid M package again, and not the currently booked Data Pack M?

I had to buy a new packet (prepaid data M 5 GB which costs 9.99) in order to have internet until my problem is solved.

 

What I mean is that in the past I used to have prepaid data M (18 GB which costs 17.99 Euros) and it was supposed to get extended in case I still have some data left.

Last month, I have only used 8 Gb of the whole Data (which is 18GB). But instead of extending my data, the app took money from my account for a complete new package of 18 GB!!

After recognizing it, I had immediately cancelled the new package. But it still took the money from my account, and also didn’t give me any internet.

As I did not have any internet and I had to contact you, it had also used all my (Guthaben), which was 12 Euros!

 

Then I had to buy 5 GB Internet (9.99 €) just to have internet until you solve my issue.

 

I sincerely request a refund of the money that O2 took from my account without giving any internet.

17.99 Euros for prepaid M.

12 Euros Guthaben

+Giving me back the rest of the Data that  I have paid but O2 didn’t extend it (10GB was left from it).

 

In case you need proof, please give me an Email address so I can send you the screenshot of transactions.

Welcome to our Community 🙂

I checked what happened to the Prepaid M which automatically extended via direct debit from your account. Then it has been deactivated through your account on the same day.

I have reimbursed the amount of 17,99 € for your number as the Prepaid M has only bee used very briefly.
