Extra Charge

I bought a phone(samsung s10+) last month in contract in which I had to pay 35 euros/month which included 10 gb of data, unlimited call and unlimited text. Exactly after one month they deducted 35 euros from my bank account and again after 10 days they deducted 48 euros. I don’t know why they deducted 48 euros?

One payment will be for the phone contract and the other for the mobile (tarif) contract, probably including the connection charge. You should check your contract documents and invoices.

No, as you have a contract for 24 months.

Last month I got bill with 9 euros payment to make and this month it's 27 euros. What might have caused significant increase in amount?

Then you know what has caused the increase.

Does increase in number of call increases the payment or more usage of data?

I am still confused.

Hi @Deepak1199 ,

no, except you’re using Skype or similar software who needs an internet connection.

Best regards,
