Extra 20,23 Euros for Verbindungen & Services


Hello! In my last receipt I had to pay an extra 20,23 Euros for Verbindungen & Services. Can anyone help explain what this is? As far as I know, I had EVN on and never exceeded the plan’s limit. This is the first time this happened. I have the O 2 Free M Online plan (cellular) only.
Thanks in advance and sorry I dont speak proper German.

Can you look at your invoice and see exactly what it says? Maybe also make a screenshot of it, of course, make the important customer data unrecognizable. Because under Connections & Services are some services listed.

 

Here in the forum it takes about xx-14 days until a moderator answers.

@RhobarDerIII has correctly pointed out that it will help a great deal, if you can provide us with the payment details from your itemized bill (Einzelverbindungsnachweis). If activated, you will find it in Mein o2 under RechnungenEinzelverbindungen.

You can post a screenshot here, of course with personal data anonymized (for example: your phone numer, customer number, full name should never appear on the forum)

If by any chance you have found the solution already, let us know what it was in the end 😊
