exchange bonus

Hello dear O2 team, I signed a mobile phone contract with you during the campaign period. In the meantime, my phone number has been ported successfully but the authorization for the € 200 change bonus is not displayed in my O2 app. What do I still have to do to activate the discount or does it only apply at a later point in time? Thanks and best regards!

Hello @Chennn ,

you should have gotten a number of documents with the contract details at the beginning, you should check there if it is listed. Also how long has it been since your contract has started? It’s usually not until atleast the 2nd bill that you received that the “Wechselbonus” has been added to your contract.

Did you port your number over within a month of the contract beginning and when you made the contract itself did you have the “Berechtigung für den Wechselbonus” listed as a part of the contract?

thanks for the quick reply.

Yes, I ported my number over within a month of the contract beginning. For the second question, to be honest I don’t know. Your colleague didn’t speak English and I don’t speak German…. She just told me I can get the exchange bonus if I do it. And because of the bonus I exchanged the provider from Vodafone to O2. Hope I can get the bonus.

Hello @Chennn ,
