eSim was activated but has not been delivered.

Hi,

3 weeks ago I ordered an esim but never received tracking information or anything. I also can’t access my client account because I still can’t use the number so I’m completely in the dark about what happened to my esim. Also I tried calling the english hotline but can’t maybe because I’m trying to call with my foreign number using roaming.

Today I received an email saying that the esim was activated but I still haven’t received anything yet.

Could someone in a shop help me resolve this issue? I’m kinda desperate since I can’t access any information beside the emails I receive.

Hi,

No I couldn’t get help anywhere so I ended up sending an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de to ask for the contract to be cancelled.

That was 2 days ago, I hope I get an answer soon.

Hi,

Hi,

5 Months ago I ordered an iphone 15 pro max with an esim. I recieved the phone but never received tracking information or anything about the esim. I also can’t access my client account because I still can’t use the number so I’m completely in the dark about what happened to my esim.

Hello @Melikaa ,

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

Usually the necessary information to download the eSIM profile and make use of it comes as a normal letter, which is why there is no tracking for it avaiable. Did you get any letters from o2 around that time? You could go to an o2 Shop and they’d be able to hand you a completely new physical simcard, that would atleast allow you to use your contract.
