Hi,
3 weeks ago I ordered an esim but never received tracking information or anything. I also can’t access my client account because I still can’t use the number so I’m completely in the dark about what happened to my esim. Also I tried calling the english hotline but can’t maybe because I’m trying to call with my foreign number using roaming.
Today I received an email saying that the esim was activated but I still haven’t received anything yet.
Could someone in a shop help me resolve this issue? I’m kinda desperate since I can’t access any information beside the emails I receive.
