Hello, 
I have an eSIM with o2 Mobile Unlimited MAX Promo, my question is how can I get a physical SIM card for my eSIM and how much will it cost?

You can order a physical replacement SIM card in Mein o2. It costs a one-time fee of EUR 29.99.

You can order a replacement SIM card online in the customer portal, provided you are logged into Mein o2 with your contract.
