Hello please help me!!!! I don’t have phone signal right after i activate my eSim

Hi @elliz 

Welcome to our o2 Community.

In this case, the colleagues in the o2 store can help you the fastest. Alternatively, you can ask customer support to send you the eSIM profile by post (QR code) to your home address, but this will of course take longer than if you go directly to the o2 store.
