Hello. I wanted to enquire about the status of my order - I ordered an eSIM card with 2 years contract, I received an email with no order number or anything. I got the information "You will receive a second email shortly with information on how to proceed." but no information at the moment after 1 day, is this normal? What is a typical time of waiting? Thanks!

There's no QR code without an order confirmation. Call the English-speaking hotline and ask.

well I am not changing anything am I ? I wait like you told me to wait, I paid a subscription for an Esim so I wait for the QR code so I can activate it ? Am I doing something wrong ?

As written, nothing will happen without an order confirmation.

There's no QR code without an order confirmation. Call the English-speaking hotline and ask.

I received an order confirmation, ans it was writter « You will receive a second email shortly with information on how to proceed. » but i havent received anything. I cant call your center because my number is a belgian number so I ll pay

I understand, but the credit check should have been completed long ago. Therefore, you can't avoid making a phone call. Ask a friend to lend you a phone to call!

Pay close attention to what you're signing. Have them show you the contract summary beforehand. You don't have a right of withdrawal in an o2 shop.

Hello, not really because the guy told me that O2 on website and in the shop is 2 different things. So he told me to call the o2 center and the girl on the phone asked for the last 4 number digit that is on the contract but I have received nothing so she said that she couldn’t help me. It’s been 6 days and I still got that email who says « you will receive a second email…. » and I still don’t have it

Called the hotline again, the guy told me he needed a 4 digit number but I never had to create one. So he could not help me. Guys this is so unclear

It is unfortunate that we have not been able to help you so far. Your disappointment is more than understandable. You provided this four-digit personal customer number when you signed the contract. If you no longer have it or do not know it, you can have it sent to you again. Have you already arranged for this?

I didn’t sign any contract; I simply confirmed my cart and received a confirmation email for my order saying that I would receive more information soon, but that was 6 days ago.

No PIN is required for the order hotline. You assigned it yourself when you placed the order!
