Hello,

 

I am trying to figure out how to cancel my ESim phone line contract. I was not able to go in person and I am not out of the country. How can I go about doing this? I moved from the US to Berlin and now moving back to the US. Please let me know, thank you.

Could you already issue the cancellation form?

If possibler, include: a de-registration certificate of your present place of residence and a notification of your new, foreign domicile alternatively a confirmation of your employer or landlord.
