Error PDP. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max

Good evening, I apologize, but I've had this problem for over a week now, and they even changed my SIM card, but nothing has changed. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max, and I can't connect to the internet because it says there's a PDP code authentication error. And nobody is giving me a solution.

Hello ​@R3x0Rd ,

go to Transfer or Reset iphone then reset network settings.After this reboot your phone and check the apn settings from ​@schluej

Hi everyone, I had tried those adjustments on my phone and nothing worked. Anyway, thanks for your advice. Last night I discovered I had a supposed 5Gplus package with my O2 service, and I didn't understand why. But I deactivated it yesterday, and this morning I woke up with internet again. I looked into whether it was a problem with the package, but it says it's only compatible with the latest generation phones, and I doubt my phone isn't compatible with this technology.

I'm glad you have internet on your phone again of course, but it would also have been great to find out why you got that error message in the first place 🤔

The 5G Plus package shouldn't be a problem with your phone model. Did you perhaps have a software update on your iPhone?

Hello, good evening. Sorry for the delay. Yes, I had it, but I also had internet. But I repeat, after removing that 5G Plus package, I was able to enjoy internet again.
