Hello, i keep getting the same error on my phone and i can’t log in the app. I use my e-mail, my password but it doesn’t work. I keep facing this error. How can it be fixed. I mention that on pc i can properly connect with my password and e-mail so there’s nothing wrong with them. Thank you in advance ^^

Dear @Ciprian09 ,

for the case, that you have no phone number because of an o2 My Handy contract, you have to use the username you had selected at your registration.

Which version of our app are you using? Have you already installed the latest version?

This error message appears only when you log in with your email adress in the app. Please try using your mobile phone number as user name instead, that should be working.

What if my phonenumber is not an o2 number. Since i made a contract for a phone with install payments?

I’m still waiting for some help out here. Thank you. Like I need way to see my invoices and how much do I pay monthly and stuffs ^ @o2_Giulia

I did install the latest version of the app. And obviously I have been trying to log in with the username but i get the same kind of error. Like there should be someone who can fix this app somehow. I’m trying to find my invoices here on website but to be honest i can’t find them either.

what happens when you try to register your myHandy contract for mein o2. Are you getting an error message and if so which one?
