I ordered a phone with a O2 Mobile Unlimited Maz Pro from medimarkt tarife website yesterday. I can see the payment and id verifications are done. Now it is saying " İhr mobilfunkvertrag befindet sich aktuell in der Bearbeitung ".
I have many experineces with this step from old times. When O2 Vertrag is not prepared in the same day, then this Vertrag is never being prepared.
Do you know the reason for this? Should I wait for 3-4 week or should I cancel my order?

I am following the process from tarife.mediamarkt.de website.
I only got an email from O2 about " Gesetzliche Pflichtinformationen ".
I suggest to wait until next Tuesday maybe and if then there is no change to cancel your order.
