Hi, a few days ago I realized that was not applied the discount for being an o2 customer (I ordered a free test card and before it ended requested with my account a Free Unlimited Max simcard).. The thing is, paying the full price for this plan with no discount it’s almost the same as requesting it with a brand new iphone, so I would rather ordering a phone + sim card…
I requested to cancel the contract so I could order with a phone but it looks like the request was set to be proceced till the end of the contract (2024). And I don’t want that, can you help me with it?
PD. I requested to cancel the contract before 14 days. My contract started on August 21st and the request for cancelation was sent on Sep 2nd.
I would like to either the contract be cancelled or if somehow can I change my order so it includes a phone.
