(EN) I have paid my overdue but phone still doesnt work.

 I'd like to know how long it takes for my phone to work again or for my debts to desappear from the website. Also, I included my client number in the description of the payment. Not sure if I did it right.

When did you transfer the payment? It usually takes a couple of working days for your customer account to be credited and the SIM to be unblocked.

It nearly takes up to 48 h to unbar your connection after the payment is credited on your account. Is everything fine right now or are you still in need of assistance?
