Email verification code is not sent

Hello,

 

I bought a prepaid card in Germany today. I can login My O2 using one time password via SMS option. After that, I try to set up a password. I enter my email when asked and then I’m asked for a confirmation code that’s supposed to be sent to my email. However, that code never arrives. How can I set a normal password?

I hope it was only a delay and now it is working for you? 
If not I would suggest checking spam-folder and so on, aswell as your connection (if not already done).

Hi Paul,

I tried again just now (after almost 24 hrs later) but it still isn’t working. I checked my spam folder as well, nothing there either.

Are you still having issues with setting a password? Have you used your E-Mail address for any other contracts you might have with us?

You can also try using the “Passwort vergessen” feature instead.
