I have received my first invoice with an amount of 123 etwas euros, which was not explained to me during my order on the phone. Where does this come from? I have an automatic payment order from my account, and i do not want to pay disagreed amounts now. How do i solve this?

Ich habe meine erste Rechnung mit einem Betrag von 123 Euro erhalten, die mir bei meiner Bestellung am Telefon nicht erklärt wurde. Woher kommt das? Ich habe einen automatischen Zahlungsauftrag von meinem Konto und möchte jetzt keine nicht übereinstimmenden Beträge bezahlen. Wie löse ich das?

@keindeutsch I am amazed that you paid 49.99 euros one time fee for the o2 homespot.  That shouldn't be the case with 24 month contracts.

The problem here is the “einmaliger anschlusspreiss Internet/Festnetz” with 69,99 Euros. There is no information regarding this amount on the Artikelübersicht. And I am using a simple simcard to connect to internet. What connection cost is this?

Hallo,

Anschlusspreis beträgt normal 69,99€. Du hast deswegen Rabatt von 35€ bekommen, damit du am Ende deine angegebenen 34,99€ zahlst.
