E sim, Can I still get normal plastic sim card?

When i ordered additional number for my boyfriend they did the said that I would only get e sim. But now I saw i only got e sim and my phone doesn’t accept this connection. Can I still get normal plastic sim card?

You are welcome to order a Plastic-SIM card for your boyfriend. Where did you see, that only eSIM is possible?
