Doubt regarding my plan

You need at least €15 in credit to book the pack. Top up your balance and then book the pack online.

Actually, I am confused that I have been using my sim (both internet and calling) for more than a month, so why balance still shows 14,79 euro. I am worried that I might get a bill or something later on. 

With prepaid, there's no bill. Usage is deducted from your balance. If your balance doesn't change, you probably have an active data plan. You can see this in your customer portal.

Have you already checked your customer account to see if you have an active package and, if so, which one?

I bought a o2 prepaid M sim for 14,99 euros and activated it on 6th oct 2025, but currently on my profile it shows o2 loop. I am confused because I have been using my sim for past 50 days but my credit balance is same throughout. What should I do now, should I change tariff or anything else?
