Hi

I am planning to travel to Thailand with my family and I want to know if my O2 Mobile M Online covers Weltzone 4 or do I need to purchase additional data.

Thank you in advance.

you switch your international option to the Roaming Plus World Pack. This gives you 2GB of mobile data valid for 30 days in Thailand. The pack costs EUR 9.99.

Hello @Ciprian Marcov,

welcome to our o2 Community 🙂

Great that Bumer could already inform you Roaming Plus World Pack. Are you going to use it for your travel?

Best Regards,

Gerrit

Thank you for your help so far,

I am looking to activate now but I do have one question. Looking at my contract it appears that my Roaming Plus is active and it covers Zone 4. Do I need to do anything in that case?

And I see I do have the option to upgrade to Roaming Plus World but it’s 14.99 and not 9.99. And it says montatlich and not 30 Tage.

Can you please advise.

Thank you so much.

As written, switch to Roaming Plus World, the EUR 9.99 is a promotional price and will be billed correctly. The pack will automatically expire after 30 days and revert to Roaming Plus.

Hello @Ciprian Marcov,

as Bumer wrote, the Roaming Plus World will give you 2GB data volume for 30 days in Thailand, whereas with your current Roaming Plus option each MB will cost you 1,49 €, which is very expensive.

The price of the Roaming Plus World is indeed 9,99 € at this time and it is this promotional price which will be billed.

Best Regards,

Gerrit
