Hello I ordered a smartphone with a contract a few days ago. I received 2 emails of order confirmation , one for smartphone and one for contract. Now I have received another email that I have to confirm my email address so I click on the link and it redirects me to login into my o2 account which I dont have access as I dont have the phone number yet. ( I still don’t have any shipping information , maybe because the email is not confirmed??) . So I logged in into forums and I tried to click the link on the email and I got this error message. Also I can’t download the app on my phone because my SIM is still from another country.

My girlfriend has the same issue , we ordered contract and smartphone the same day. Her email is x@y. Are our emails confirmed?

please remove your email it's a public forum. 

Your phone should be shipped without O2 Account but currently smartphone orders take longer to ship. 

You can ask in live chat or wait for a moderator

when the mobile contract is active you should be able to register with your new phone number here: https://login.o2online.de/idm/#/registrieren/start

In case you tried to login with your community account this above-mentioned message will be pop-up. After the registration and login there should be your mobile contract and all information regarding your ordered phone.
