That depends a little bit on what you mean with change, if you just book some kind of entertainment option or som additional data package while keeping the contract itself, then the discount remains untouched. If you change your entire contract, as an example you have a Free M and let’s say now move to a Free Unlimited, then you would lose the discount. Should you want to change your entire contract, then we’d have to book this, as If you were to just request a contract change through the App or your Mein o2 you’d not be able to retain the young people discount.

to bad, that the new conditions are not optimal for you. when you have changed it online or in a call with our hotline, then you have the choice to cancel the change in the time of 14 days after it. When you have cancelled the change of the tariff, then we can give you a new offer. How is the situation at the moment?
