Hi , Rahul here . I'm using this tariff for the last three months and I'm really satisfied. Just a small incident from yesterday which I wanted to report . Yesterday the 19.99€ amount was deducted from my account as usual but today the amount was transferred back to my bank account. I just want to know why and that because of it I won't have any problem

then the direct debit appears to have been returned. Maybe your account wasn't funded. Transfer the outstanding amount as quickly as possible.

The fact that the amount was booked back is strange. Are you sure that your account had sufficient funds?

Hi @o2_Lea , actually my account was going in minus maybe that's why the amount was returned, but I got my salary and I paid the amount again so I believe everything is good now

the important part when you transfer anything over concerning your contract, is to make sure that the reference is filled out with the “Kundennummer” that you can find on your bill.

In 2 days, check the customer portal under invoices/annual overview to see whether the amount is listed as paid.


Hey guys , I made sure to mention my account number and all the important reference points from my previous transactions before sending the money to avoid any miscommunication, hopefully the issue is resolved now because as of now in the o2 app the payment has been showing as paid in green letters
