Die Aufbuchung konnte nicht durchgeführt werden. Ihr o2 Team

I am facing this problem since a week and my internet speed has gone down from 100 mbits to 0.1 Mbits. I even called the customer care but still not received a solution. I write "WEITER" in the msg box, but The message box says on replying Die Aufbuchung konnte nicht durchgeführt werden. Ihr o2 . Please provide me a solution as early as possible

Please excuse my late reply.

Are you using an "Unlimited" plan where you add data volume via SMS? Errors can occur, for example, if you don't reply with "weiter," "Weiter," or "WEITER."

Does the problem persist, or is everything working normally again now?
