 10 月,我在网上订购 了一张“ O2  my  Prepaid L ”卡。23 ,但我 还 没有收到。 我不知道如何跟踪我 10 月的订单。23并检查其状态。 所以我昨天(10 月 31 日)再次订购了它。 预付卡 会 再寄给 我吗?我今天(11 月 1 日)收到一封名为“请验证您的身份”的电子邮件,但我还没有收到任何预付卡。

Sorry for my mistake. The original text is here:

“I ordered an O2  my  Prepaid L card online on Oct.23, but I haven’t received it yet. I don’t know how to track my order and check its seding status. So I ordered it online again yesterday (Oct. 31). Will a new prepaid card be sent to me again? I received an email today (Nov.1) named ‘Bitte Identitätsprüfung durchführen’, but I haven’t received any prepaid card yet.”

The new ordered sim card should arrive, if you placed the right adress in your order. 

Did you receive your sim card in the meantime?

The old card won´t be charged if it is not activated.
