Hi, 

DHL just returned my package and the reason given was that sender could not be found at the address even though I was home all the time and gave my full address to O2 with my room number. My question is, when will I get my refund? I paid 83,99 Euros and would like to know when I can expect it to be refunded.

I'm sorry to hear that your parcel could not be delivered. Have you checked that your address was entered correctly? Have other parcels sent with DHL reached you?

The refund will be processed at the earliest when the parcel has arrived back at o2. So you'll have to be patient.

It's a shame that the parcel could not be delivered to you.
As MXP_Alex advised, have you already checked whether the address is correct?
As soon as we have received the return and it has been processed by the specialist department, you will receive an email and the payment already made will be refunded automatically.
This can take up to 2 weeks after receipt of the confirmation.
