Device not delivered

I purchased a device and sim but it got undelivered and now the sim seems to activated but the device is not received what will happen in this case

We need more information on this, please: When and where did you order your contract + cell phone? With us directly or with a third-party provider?
How did you find out that the SIM card had been activated?
Did you receive an order confirmation for both orders?
