When I try to log into my account, the following message appears: 'The service is currently unavailable. Please try again later. (502) '.

I've tried the Mein O2 app on my smartphone and various browsers on both my phone and my PC.

 

I'm no longer sure how to top up with a prepaid plan and I've lost my means of communication. Please let me know how to fix this, describe
