I ordered a sim and added a different delivery address, however I forgot (or I don’t remember seeing an option to change) the name on the delivery address. My name is not on this postbox and so I worry that I will not receive the sim. Can I reorder the sim, change the deliver address or make a note of which mailbox to use?
As I was not sent a DPD tracking number I cannot do this myself.
