Hi there. 
My tracking number on a phone delivery from 2 weeks ago is working but shows no activity since 12/12. As I am paying for the new phone I urgently would like it to be delivered. DHL cannot provide an update.

I can see that your new iPhone has arrived on December 18th. Is everything fine with it?
