delay in crediting to my account

Hi, 

I recently made a transfer of €20 to the bank details provided by O2. It has been more than a week, but the amount has not yet been credited to my account.

I have made similar transfers twice before without any issues, but this time it seems to be taking unusually long.

Could someone from the O2 please look into this and assist me?

There is now a different bank account for prepaid. The other transfer will be refunded.

I'm glad Bumer was able to help you quickly.

For transfers, we recommend sending a text message with the keyword "Überweisung" or "Bank" to short code 56656. The correct bank details and the purpose of payment will then be sent in return via text message.

Did the transfer work and did you receive the first transfer back?

Thank you for the follow-up!  I didn’t use bank transfer this time, I tried topping up with a credit card instead. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received my first transfer. Could you please help to check on it?  Thank you.

How long ago was that? The money should be refunded within a week.

The transaction was made on 6 Oct 2025.  Till now, no refund advice has been received from the bank.

That should have been refunded long ago. You can't access prepaid from here. Ask in the chat if you can get a credit for it.
