Deactivated prepaid SIM

I had a prepaid SIM which got deactivated probably because I did not top it up for some time. How can I reactivate it? My mein o2 login does no work again.

reactivation is no longer possible. Order a new prepaid card.

You can port your existing number to the free card or to another provider if it has not been deactivated within 90 days.

You can port your old mobile phone number within 90 days notice after deactivation. 

Unfortunately we have no access to your contract data right here. 

You can ask the prepaid customer support if they can find out: +49 (0) 176 888 55 282
