Deactivate my prepaid card

I have lost my prepaid sim card before 1 month. How can I deactivate it.

Hello @mkuniyil‌,

if you want to deactivate your sim please send us a message to our account @o2_Support‌ with the relevant phone number.

In case that you do not want to use the card anymore it is possible that we pay the money of your account off.

Therefore you have to fill out this form: http://static2.o2.de/blob/11417674/v=7/Binary/prepaid-guthabenauszahlung.pdf

and send it to:

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG

O2 Prepaid Kundenbetreuung

Hi,

you can wait for a Mod. If you are sure, that nobody use the card, you can save your time. It´s a prepaid card, who will be deactivated automatically.
