Please deactivate my auto debit for top up as soon as possible as I'm not able to deactivate it myself.

Hello, ​@Kmonger nice that you also found your way to our community 🙂. I was happy to check for you and saw that you had already clarified the deactivation of automatic payment via another contact channel. This option is now no longer active. Do you have any further questions about this?
