Datapack activated without request

Hi Team, 

 

When I checked my tariff today, I saw that there is a datapack of 4 gb is activated in my number. I don't remember requesting this and I had enough balance to auto recharge my prepaid before expiration. Kindly deactivate this My prepaid datapack L and refund my money

Hi team, how to revoke a plan within 14 days of activation ? This plan is activated on 23 and I would like to cancel this ASAP
