Data lost without reason


I activated both O2 my prepaid Data pack L (4GB) and O2 my prepaid M (6.5GB) packages on 18th June and July 16 2021 would be the expiring date for each. Last wendsday on 23rd June, it's all 10GB+ data suddenly disappeared without a proper reason and still all data appearing as all consumed. Please help me to have an investigation how it's happened and if this is technical issue please help me to replace my remaining data back.

I cannot tell you what happened, but actually you should only have one activate tariff option at a time.

Wew do not have the possibility to see what any given dataaolume was used for. I assume you used the SIM card in your smartphone, is that correct? In that case please have a look at the settings, most recent mobile phones show a usage statistic of what application used what amount of date. :-)
