I have transferred 15 Euros from my commerzebank account to my O2 account but it has not been credited. Please see my account

As far as I can see there is no transfer to your prepaid account shown in our system. How did you top up? Did you use the details send by text message to get a quick top up?

I transferred money from my bank account to the my O2 account  and then recharged 10 GB plan worth 14.99 Euros.
But the money did not get to my account so my order is still not processed

The bank account I transferred to is following:
Telefonica, Germany
HYVEDEMM
DE73700202700005716977

I have earlier also transferred money this way and it has worked

usually you send a text to 56656 with the keyword “Bank” 

Then you get the four digit code you need in combination with your mobile phone number as the reference: 

 

HYPO Vereinsbank AG

IBAN: DE73 7002 0270 0005 7169 77

BIC: HYVEDEMMXXX

Reference: MSISDN + 4-digit check code

Example: 0177-1111111-8888

Otherwise the payment is put on hold on a collective account and has to be assigned manually. This takes some time.

Thanks for explaining the process.

As you said my paymetnt is put on hold on a collective account and will be assigned manually.
So how long it might take ? 

Today is Monday and my account is still not updated

both payments (15 and 10 EUR) are credited to your account today. So by now you have a positive amount of 9,67 EUR.
