Hello,

On 13.12.2024 I had a Schufa query in my email inbox from Telefonica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG Risk Prevention Center - Credit Check

 

I just went to your website and tried to order a cellphone without sim contract but due to technical problems I unable to order my phone.

 

Now I am not your customer or not ordered any cellphone then why I have very bad Shufa score 

 

Tomorrow I'll go to the police and file a report,

 

If someone help me here?

Genau aus diesem Grund habe ich mir vor 2 Jahren Schufa Plus geholt 👍 man wird sofort per E-Mail informiert wenn mit meiner Identität bei einem Schufa Partner etwas bestellt wird. 

Hier mal ein Beispiel wie solch eine E-Mail aussieht

Yes I understand but you told me that we regret to inform you that we cannot fulfill your order

 

Now where is my mistake or any warming things to you that you give me such a bad score two tomes

I am facing problems while ordering online things 

 

please update my two times bad Shufa score or I will concern with German government officials they itself not fulfilled my order I did nothing and  two times they give me bad score

I would like to know one thing more?

If I send a written statement now to the location your send me Nuremberg and ask the reason of not fulfilling the order and also tell them that please update my shufa score  

 

they will update my shufa score or not it will work now if I send the written or not ?

Correct, you can only find out why the order was rejected by writing to your customer service colleagues.
I can't say here what will happen with the credit entry. Otherwise you can contact Schufa directly.
