I just bought 15 € credit to top up my monthly pay as you go which I've had for years, but when I submitted the code, my credit was 7 €. Where is the rest of my money?

    Unfortunately, we cannot directly check for you why the full amount was not credited. Have you already been able to clarify this with our prepaid customer service in the meantime?
